The Challenge

The client was transitioning its Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) from a Bamboo-centric process to a fully modernized system hosted on GitHub Actions. This required upskilling their “Actions Champions” with the knowledge and expertise to navigate the complexities of GitHub Actions within the unique context of the organization’s technology ecosystem.
