Test Process Improvement

The software quality assurance and software testing is hard to do. Many software development methodologies, at best, mention that QA and testing should be performed and, at worst, ignore QA and testing altogether. This has lead to the industry developing the Test Process Improvement (TPI) model. The traditional TPI model identifies twenty key areas that should be considered when evaluating the maturity of an organization’s testing process and assists in determining which areas will have the most significant impact on business value. We also evaluate your current process, process artifacts, QA tools and QA skill sets.

As part of the TPI assessment we will work with your existing QA staff to create a TPI plan that will outline the steps needed to improve your QA process. The plan will include a project plan that will include TPI timelines, milestones and deadlines for the TPI implementation.
